Blend prep peas in mini until it has guacamole consistency mash avocado just
make it to taste
Nachos cut 1 lavash bread to nacho triangles and toast. Dip enjoy (Mikey liked the Faux nachos)
Grill one chicken perfect portion add Trader Joes ready gut and grilled
peppers and onions serve fajitas with whole wheat shells
What a great blog! Quinoas is a great food as well. It is the only grain in the world that has the essential amino acids. Can be served as a side dish for your fajita instead of rice. Great idea keep up the good work. Great pics too!
