Very good Juice (I like to use my Omega Vert 350)
Whole Cucumber
2 Lemons cut off most skin
2 Limes cut off most skin
Sm beet (optional)
Thumb size or less ginger (optional)
1-2 red apple
½ bag TJ’s kale
4-5 carrots
