    Kale Chips (faux potato chips) (I rate this 7\10)

    • Preheat oven to about 375*
    • Tear the leaves off the thick stems into bite size pieces. Spread out on cookie sheets.
    • Drizzle with about 2 tsp of olive oil better to spray with olive oil pump sprayer
    • sprinkle of kosher salt or Adobo
    • Bake for about 15 minutes, until edges are brown and kale is crispy when moved in pan.
    Make them and eat them fresh

    get your favorite salad greens, optional carrots and celery cut chop etc
    grill a chicken cutlet and cube the pieces
    top with low fat blue cheese and Franks hot sauce


    or just cube the chicken cutlets cover with franks hot sauce and dip in the low fat blue cheese eat with with toothpicks for an appetizer garnish with  carrots and celery

    In the back of Fresco to Go there is a pasta bar.

    I get the chicken with peas, roasted tomatoes, escarole, basil, eggplant, broccoli, beans, onions, steamed veggies and carrots light on the oil extra marinara they have whole wheat pasta but I get it without any pasta...its pretty damn good lunch $9 dinner (larger portion $16ish)
