Rao's Slayer Meatballs

 I used 99%fat free trader joes turkey in lieu of chicken, added a 1/2 cup red wine a few dashes of nutritional yeast. 

1 cup zucchini, chopped (about 1 zucchini)
1 cup carrots, chopped (about 2 carrots)
½ cup parsley, coarsely chopped
3 medium cloves garlic
¼ cup blanched almond flour or Mary's Gone Crackers "Just the Crumbs"
1 egg
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon chili powder
optional Mary's gone cracker crumbs
1/2 cup l red wine
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. In a food processor, pulse together the zucchini, carrots, parsley and garlic
  3. Add almond flour, egg, and chicken
  4. Then add salt, pepper and chili powder and process until thoroughly combined
  5. Drop tablespoon sized balls of the chicken mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  6. Bake meatballs for 20 to 25 minutes
  7. Serve over explore Asia soy spaghetti

Vinny Thai Shrimp delight

It is explore asia mung bean fettuccine with jumbo shrimp mixed Asian  veggies sautéed in coconut oil with coconut milk ,pepper, fish sauce, gluten free tamari and panang or Red  Thaicurry...yum!

Awesome Very healthy Turkey 3 bean chili


Trader Joes has all these ingredients
sauté 99% Fat Free  turkey in grape seed oil
season generously with Cumin, turmeric, taco, Italian spices, chili, cayenne pepper, salt pepper (anything else that works) it white pepper chives,
chop onion and garlic
sauté peppers organic tri color & jalapeño onions and garlic any others you like
red quinoa (2 cups chicken broth 1 cup red quinoa & sazon follow cooking instructions add to chili pot towards the end of cooking)
in chili pot add:
5 celery stalks chopped
4-5 thinly sliced carrots (so they look like circles)
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups or so of marinara
1 can of each organic:
black Cuban beans
canatelli beans
kidney beans
franks hot sauce and tobacco to taste
optional black olives halved
serve with fresh diced onion
