New Diet down 48 Lbs so far (I rate this 9.5\10)

I LIKE THE CHOCOLATE PUDDING & SHAKE MIX AND THE Peanut butter and Jelly 15 gram bars and the chocolate and peanut 15 gram bar

The 1st 2 mos 1 shake in am 2 for lunch 1 at 3 pm no bars (they are higher in carbs and are tempting to keep popping them…2nd month I did
1 shake 9am
2 shakes @ 12 pm
1 bar at 3 pm
Dinner 4 oz chick breast or salmon fillet grilled 1 can low salt veggie (peas, string beans or spinach
Up to 2 stalks of celery very little salad dressing
A few pickles (low carb low or no sugar)
Chicken bouillon
A lot of water or tea up to 2-3 coffees a day
Unlimited sugar free jello
100 calorie popcorn bag or small portion of hot air popped
Multi vitamin

Nutra-Thin Diet plan. In addition to this plan, you must drink at least 8 glasses of water per day (every 3 hours). You are allowed to have 1 bag of popcorn per night and unlimited sugar-free jello. You can order all food from http://www.familybariatric.com/ The shake is called "pudding shake" and the protein bars are called "crispy bars." You should order at least a one month supply. If you follow this plan, you are guaranteed to lose 15 pounds in the first week and 3-5 pounds every week after that
