Healthy frutti di mare recipe (I rate this 9.5\10)

 I made Shirataki Tofu Fettuccine or noodle shapedtofu  with shrimp, Lagostina, sea scallops and clams with a spicy marinara (Vincent's hot) the tofu noodles are 40 calories for the whole bag! 1 gram of fat for the whole 8 oz bag
